ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT OF Electrical Engineering

The Department of Electrical Engineering at Pacific Institute of Technology, Udaipur, is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and professional service. Established with the vision to prepare future-ready engineers, the department provides a strong foundation in electrical power, control systems, Power System, Electrical Machines, Power electronics, renewable energy, and smart grid technologies. We emphasize practical learning, innovation, and interdisciplinary projects that prepare students for the challenges of modern industries as well as higher academic pursuits. The department is also pioneering the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into traditional electrical engineering domains, such as smart grids, predictive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and intelligent energy management systems, preparing students for Industry 4.0 applications.
