Pacific Institute of Technology was established in the year 1997 with the objective of transforming higher education in India by creating a world-class teaching and learning environment. The Institute is recognized and renowned for its leadership to promote undergraduate student education & research opportunities through increased faculty interactions.

PIT has always propagated ‘Innovation and Leadership’ as their mantra to bring ground-breaking ideas and provide a rock solid foundation for learning. Pacific Institute of Technology, Udaipur is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Pacific University, Udaipur.

The Pacific Institute of Technology, Udaipur is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi, vide their letter No. O6/04/RJ-Engg./2008/77 dated 30 June 2008. The Institute is a constituent college of Pacific University, Udaipur.
